Fees

Dear valued clients, please be advised of the following updates at Animal House: To schedule an appointment, please phone, text, or book online. A no-show and late fee policy will be enforced, with a 30-minute grace period for boarding. Fees will include $20 for late cancellations and no-shows in boarding, plus $1 per minute for late arrivals after the 30-minute grace period for boarding. For grooming clients, arriving 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time will require rescheduling for a different day, and a fee of $20 will be applied for no-shows. Please provide us with 24 hours' notice for cancellations and late arrivals/pickup for boarding and grooming by phone or text.
